Subdivision Improvement Agreements

CSF wants to notify its producer members of an issue that has arisen recently. Certain municipalities in the State of California are requiring the surety’s signature on subdivision Improvement Agreements.  CSF is aware that many surety companies object to signing these agreements.  If you are in doubt as to a company’s policy on signing Subdivision Improvement Agreements, please contact your company first.
