LLC Contractors Licenses

With the Passage of SB 392 (Florez)
in 2010, Limited Liability Companies can now apply for a contractors
license. The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) is now accepting
applications for this new license. Information on the new program
can be found at:

In early December of last year the
CSLB did a mass mailing of the new bond form to as many surety companies as
possible. However, it has come to our attention that not every company
received the mailing. We reached out to the CSLB and they sent us a
copy of bond form in both .pdf form and in a Word document. Links to
those documents can be found below. We were also informed that it is
possible there may be a problem with the font used in the barcode with
some computers. The barcode font is CarolinaBar-B39-2.5-22x158x720.
You may be required to load that font on your computer to get it to display and
print properly.
